Relaxation of our General Terms and Conditions 

We have relaxed our General Terms and Conditions of Sale for any stay taking place in May & June 2021. You can cancel or modify your stay free of charge up to 15 days before your arrival, in case of force majeure related to covid-19*. You will be offered a voucher or a refund of the sums paid. These provisions are in addition to our current Terms and Conditions of Sale. 
 
*Force majeure linked to covid-19:

  • Administrative closure of the campsite
  • Your place of residence is confined
  • Border closure linked to covid-19

Be careful, this does not work if you have covid-19. We advise you to take our cancellation insurance (for rentals and premium pitches) which covers you in the event of covid-19 contraction. 

Cancellation insurance is evolving 

The Campez-Couvert cancellation insurance now covers cancellations related to the Covid-19. Whether in rental or in premium location, book your stay with complete peace of mind!

  • Reimbursement of your stay in case of contraction of the Covid19 disease, positive test, or proven contact case.
  • Reimbursement of your stay in the event of denied boarding due to a temperature reading during transport. 
  • Assistance services covering accommodation costs related to a fortnight's stay, repatriation following flight cancellation, coverage of medical expenses, medical repatriation of the insured...
